To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calcak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Calcak's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed $100 USD.
